Turn It Up Tuesday-Birthday Bash

Inez Kelley is over today and she brought presents...for me, but I'll share. Sort of...

She's also brought a copy of Turn It Up, releasing in August!

Blurb:

Dr. Bastian Talbot and self-proclaimed sex goddess Charlie Pierce heat up the air waves with their flirty banter as radio hosts Dr. Hot and the Honeypot. Off the air, they’re best friends…but Bastian wants to be so much more. He wants Charlie—in bed, and forever.

Problem is, Charlie doesn’t do commitment. Sure, she’s had X-rated fantasies of Bastian, but he was always just a friend—until he impulsively proposes and unleashes the lust they’ve been denying for years. Charlie’s willing to explore where their wild chemistry leads, but she won’t marry him. And he won’t have sex with her until she accepts his proposal, despite her seductive schemes.

What are Dr. Hot and the Honeypot to do? Ask their listeners for advice on how to tame a sex kitten and turn a perfect gentleman into a shameless lover. The Race to Wed or Bed is on…who will turn up on top?

I'm also throwing in a copy of The Omegas: book one of The Vanguards series.

Blurb:

Only a vampire is man enough to teach werewolves how to fight.

Pretty librarian Sugar wants her life to stay quiet. That’s hard enough when friends and neighbors turn into furry werewolves every full moon. But when a hot vampire gets involved, life’s bound to get complicated.

The Omegas have always been the pansies of the paranormal. Now Chicago’s top werewolf pack has issued them a life or death challenge. Their only option: hire a vampire warrior to teach them the moves.

Daedalus has been a powerful vampire for ages. Intrigued by the chance to train the geeks of the underworld, he wasn’t bargaining on losing his heart to a human. Can he make the Omegas a success, fit into Sugar’s quiet life, and avoid being ripped to shreds in the process?

Annie, your presents are mighty fine lookin' ;)

I actually had a birthday last month and what I like to do is take a week off from work and do a spa day just for me. Then I spend some quality time with the family. Really nothing outrageous, but quiet time works for me.

I'd like to spend my birthday on a snowy mountain, hitting the slopes. The glory of having a December birthday, lots of good holiday deals!

I would love to go to my favorite art museum and walk around for hours. Afterward I would go to my favorite creole restaurant for a yummy dinner. A decadent dessert would top everything off. That would be a great birthday. Happy birthday week Annie! Thanks for the giveaway you two!

I love to spend my birthday with my favorite people, my kids and grandmother. Afterwards there's nothing better than a good book and relish cake.

I would love a spa day with my sister's for a little pampering, then home for a nice dinner with my family, and a home made chocolate cake for dessert.

I just want to eat all day long! I want pizza, tacos, pasta, carrot cake (with extra frosting) and all the carbs and fats that I don't eat the rest of the year, I want my birthday to look like an episode of Man vs. Food. That's my perfect birthday and yes, the day after won't be pretty, but I'll die a happy girl!

Okay, are you kidding? I want my birthday (which happens to be in 8 days, just in case you are checking...) to involved warm cake, cold ice cream and the dude in picture number two - yummy tats and melty icing? Um, happy birthday to ME!! ;-)

If that's not possible, then just let me loose in my local bookstore, then a relaxed gathering of friends and family by the beach. No other presents required - just your company!

Happy Birthday, Annie :)
Lets see, how do I want to spend my birthday?! How about in between to really hot guys. Thats right, it would be awesome if one of my friends set up a one night stand with two really hot guys just for me (longing sign) but my friends would never think of that, lol!

For my 49th birthday I would like to go to Charleston, SC and just take a day to site see all the plantations and all the beautiful in the Historical section of Charleston. I also would love to go to a wonderful restaurant and have a rich Southern Dinner.
I will probably do this by myself, but it will be okay. I live so close to Charleston and never have been. I'm only three hours away. This will be my present to myself.
